Virtual Midwife Services

Pregnancy Support

This program is designed to help you navigate your pregnancy and plan for your birth. The average time you get with most providers is 6 minutes. The pregnancy support package allows for an hour with a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). This allows for more time to ask questions and focus in on the transformation that is happening during your pregnancy. We start in the first trimester and meet monthly until 28-31 weeks. We then move to every other week until you give birth. We cover how to have a healthier pregnancy, diet and nutrition, supplements, stress reduction, preparation for birth and postpartum. Experience support, education, less worry and anxiety with virtual midwifery care through your pregnancy!

Pregnancy + Postpartum

Includes everything included with pregnancy support plus the first two months postpartum. We meet when you first return home, within the first week, 11 days, 2 weeks, 4, 6 & 8 weeks postpartum. Includes breastfeeding support, nutrition in the postpartum and monitoring mental health. This is also offered as stand alone postpartum care.

Parent Support

Eliza offers coaching for parents as they navigate parenting in this modern era.

She has a background of overcoming generational trauma and can guide you to make changes so you can parent more in alignment with how you want to.

If you are parenting a difficult baby or child you need extra support and coaching.

Eliza takes a whole child and whole family approach to coaching.

You should feel supported in the last months of your pregnancy and postpartum. Worry is the work of pregnancy, my clients often come to me with a list of questions to discuss, leaving with a huge sense of relief. You are standing on the threshold between your life prior to children and looking out onto the future changes of parenthood. One of the most critical parts of my job is to talk people through those worries and changes and help them come back to a grounded center. I’ve spent over fifteen years as a birth professional, the last half of those years as a midwife. I bring that experience and education to our meetings. I aim to create a safer space to work through any pregnancy and parenthood related joys, fears, celebrations and worries. Our culture has created a lot of fear around childbirth. My goal is to break down those fears and help you move past them. You get one chance to do this pregnancy birth and parenthood. Lets set some intentions and map out a way for those to happen!

We focus in on building a strong foundation in preparation for bringing a new child into your family. We talk through any worries and anxieties you have leading up to birth and parenthood as a couple and as individuals. Postpartum our focus moves onto not only the practical needs you may have but also the emotional changes that come with becoming a parent.

My focus is on you, your partner, pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood.
